  It was about the last room avail in Pigeon Forge for night of 7/4 but we still got for decent rate, was not jacked up. Pleasantly surprised, our kind of place. Older, simple, but very clean, which is what is important to me. Furnishings/fixtures were in vg condition; carpet looked new (or at least recently cleaned). Bathroom was huge (realized aft... 别人怎么说 » wd, we had the hdcp accessible room, so probably why bathroom as large. But maybe all hotels should design floor plan this way). Hotel provided donuts - We go every year and have been going for the last 6 years. We love the location. It's close to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean and we were very comfortable. Looking forward to going back next year.
