As far as lodging is concerned The Resort @ Governor's Crossing ranks among the best. The location is wonderful, a little away from the Pigeon Forge "strip" but not too far away. The staff is very friendly and committed to making the stay a wonderful one. The water parks (indoor and outdoor) are very well maintained and my kids had a wonderful time. The hotel suite was very clean and had enough room for my family of 5

  Loved the full breakfast. They make the best omelets! I liked the pools-- one inside, one outside. Good parking! Then they had fresh made biscuits and gravy, belgian waffle makers where you could make the waffles yourself so they were hot and the butter melted on them.   We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and a good size. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. The cleaning staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed staying at James Manor. Next time we visit we will probably use this hotel again. - Based on other reviews I had read I didn't know what to expect.
