  We arrived pretty late, but were thankful to have a friendly shuttle driver to get us to the hotel.   I have stayed in a Quality Inn before in Smithtown, li, ny. We enjoyed our stay there so I decided to try them on this trip. The front office staff were efficient and friendly and the room was well laid out with a obviously a lot of thought. On the website the hotel had advertised continental breakfast. What was served was actually a breakfas - Loved the location to public transportation. The bed was wonderful very comfortable, no waiting for the water to heat, the breakfast was very good. The room was equipped with what was promised and in good working order. The room was well attended by housekeeping.

  I loved my stay at the Comfort Suites in Portland, OR. The staff treated me and my companion as if we were family. Everything was clean, orderly, and available as needed. Pool supplies were always well supplied. It was a fabulous stay. - I really liked the bed. I had a king sized bed that was really comfortable. Also in and out was very easy.

  The front desk people were friendly and professional. The room was very clean and had no smells of anything. That would be my main reason for returning. Our 4th floor room was very quiet as far as hearing anything from inside the motel. It met up with the reviews of previous patrons.
