I have stayed in a Quality Inn before in Smithtown, li, ny. We enjoyed our stay there so I decided to try them on this trip. The front office staff were efficient and friendly and the room was well laid out with a obviously a lot of thought. While I was in Portland for my son's wedding, I contracted either food poisoning or a stomach virus. As a result, I had to be careful what I ate and when. On the website the hotel had advertised continental breakfast. What was served was actually a breakfas.
所有评语 » Loved the location to public transportation. The bed was wonderful very comfortable, no waiting for the water to heat, the breakfast was very good. The room was equipped with what was promised and in good working order. The room was well attended by housekeeping. The girl that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the fact that when I called the hotel a couple days later to see if they found a blanket I had left in the room they held on to it and had it at the front desk for me to pick up. Evening staff were exceptionally nice. Breakfast attendant was accommodating and helpful despite her lack of English language skills. These people deserve and excellent rating. However, the morning people brought my rating down to good. I liked that the rooms were clean, there was coffee in my own room (that was particularly awesome... I love Coffee haha) The room was spacious, and easy to follow, looked very fine.. loved it. I would most definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money. Airport shuttle. Two minutes walk from light rail station. Very clean, comfortable, friendly helpful staff, and well appointed rooms. Free wi-fi, breakfast included, guest laundry, and pool. Great stay: quality rooms, clean, pleasant and quiet. Paid only $60- something per night - great deal. Stayed in both Rodeway and Quality (they are adjacent) and found Quality to be much more pleasant for the same price. We arrived late and the quality inn was our hotel for our first night. They picked us up at the airport and then upgraded our room so my husband would not have to walk up the stairs. We really appreciated this gesture. I really liked how the people at the front desk were very friendly and customer orientated. I'm talking about the ones that picked us up at the airport and the ones that checked us out. Very nice people. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again. The Inn was close to the train and we had friendly staff collect us from the Airport. We couldn't fault anything with this accommodation. An older motel but our room had just had a complete refit and inside looked like a much more expensive hotel. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Train to city almost right out the back. I do like the location of the motel and its staff. It has got nice, clean rooms; its breakfast is also varied and well-prepared. In brief, it is a comfortable motel. I recommend it highly. room decor and cleanliness. staff was very friendly. breakfast was adequate. location was quiet and very accessible to the airport but without the noise!. I used the coffee machine on my first morning at your hotel and the machine was not cleaned or refreshed. To be honest both my husband and I did not like the pillows. We purchased standard size pillows to replace the five small ones on the bed. Early morning female front desk attendant and male van driver were borderline rude. She was sarcastic with a pleasant tone of voice. Van driver was a Richard Petty wannabe!!!! These two would get a rating of fair. I didn't like that there was only one make-up remover but that's not a deal breaker now is it haha. Nothing. No eating places nearby. There is nothing here to dislike. The staff and service were excellent. Airconditioner very noisy and with curtains hanging right above made it awkward to leave it on and not have them blow up. Bed was a bit wobbly. bathroom commode was small but the granite counter was nice. wood furniture need to be refinished, but overall the room was nicely furnished. Wifi was weak. The exterior stairways and the façade dated the hotel and was a distraction. Breakfast ends very early. Location is murder to get to while traffic is heavy and pool is only 5 ft deep but large. Location. Traffic noise and lots of "street people." Not safe to be out at night. Everything was great!. Need to know to ring for airport shuttle when arrive at terminal. This was not an issue for us but could have been if we had wanted to go to the hotel direct from the airport. The bedspreads. I prefer covers that can be changed daily or with each new stay. Hard to find at night from the airport. Will use the shuttle Provided the next time. Nothing. room cleaning for 2 Plus 2 children-skipped twice. TV selections. Furniture is dated. The room had an odor of air conditioning. 1st room needs updating. Bath room fixtures were loose and leaking. Carpet felt moist and appeared soiled. 2nd room was much better except for carpet same as first room. The front desk staff were not very helpful. close to off ramp, traffic noise. I thought that the rugs could use a good cleaning. Free-way noise. Wifi signal was weak. Price a little high. a little noisy due to closeness to busy motor way. no hottub. Unfresh (old carpet) odor in the room, poor ventilation in the room. None except Internet service was very slow. Nothing.
