The staff is great! We had some problems with our room at first & Jon was so very helpful & continued to be throughout our stay. One of the maids that came in to help us with the sink problem was very nice also. Front desk people were all we could ask for. Thank you all so much!. Stayed for 5 days as my son is joining Concordia University on a soccer scholarship in August. Location for us was good near to airport and the Uni. Staff were lovely and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok. Overall good value for money and I will definatly use again.
所有评语 » The beds were comfortable. Yes Yes Yes! The rooms were quiet even so close to the airport. And the hotel was clean. The breakfast was great served early so those who are leaving on an early flight can grab a bite. It was a great hotel. Excellent tv channels. Very comfortable bed. Free shuttle to airport. Restaurant close by. Pizza and Chinese delivery. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again if in Portland. This is the second LA Qunita we have stayed at and were very happy with our experience both times because all of our expectations were met by the friendly staff and well maintained and clean facilities. john, desk clerk that greeted us, was very polite, knowledgeable & accomodating, even remembered to give us our wake up call on time. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful and the shuttle bus driver...super nice, great sense of humor and was fun to talk to. We arrived early, having traveled from the Southeast. Even though it was before check-in, the clerk had a room prepared for us. Quiet, even close to the airport. Quick shuttle to the airport. Nice people behind the counter and the shuttle bus driver. Continental breakfast Beds and pillows Front desk gave us a great recommendations of a nearby restaurant. The room that we stayed in was very accomodating especially for a family of 6 with 2 small children. Breakfast menu was great. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!. It was a nice stay, nice people who worked there. It was clean. bathroom was a bit larger so easier for two people to use. Complimentary shuttle to train station and to airport. Comfortable bedrooms. staff really nice. Loved the bed!. Friendly staff who wanted to make it a good stay. The first time we stayed here it was a good experience. Really liked the place but. When we arrived we had a plugged sink, the phone wasn't working, & one of the dresser drawers was broken. The sink was a problem for 2 days, even after being moved to another room.(rooms shared a drain). Swimming pool and gym could do with a shower and changing room because people were going straight from a workout into the pool and that's one of my bug bears. More low carb breakfast options please. Didn't like the fact that I had to leave:). That particular hotel must have the slowest elevator in the world. We opted to take the stairs most of the time. Breakfast had very little choice but coffee was good. Packaged pastries bad. Only apples & oranges for fruit choices. We were sent up to a room that was not clean. Someone (another guest) opened our door shortly after we checked in (scary). The front desk staff was gracious in handling both situations but no adjustments were offered in price or accomodations. N/A. Nothing. nothing. Shortage of parking. Need 2 chairs in a room. No espresso machine. The pool was a little chilly. We were there twice this past week. Our first room (121) had no blackout curtains (gauze only), despite a bright light coming in directly from the lot out back onto the head of the beds. We piled enough pillows on the sill to block it. Parking not sufficient. Couldn't complain!. Small cafeteria room. Not enough elevators. beds are not comfortable. mattresses seem old and worn out. The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced. There was a substance on the sheets that made me believe the sheets had not been changed and hair in the bath tub. Hotel shuttle did not pick us up after we called from the airport. Took a taxi. When I opened the sofa at 12 midnight the bed had not bedd cleaned up from the last people . we had to call the front desk for linen and blankets it was they didn't even offer us a discount.
