The room was very clean and for once, I did not have to ask for any towels, washcloths etc. It was well stocked and had plenty of soap, shampoo, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a great place to park ourselves for a week in the Keys at an affordable price, be able to cook our own meals and have cold beer in a full sized fridge.

  The location is fantastic, the rooms are actually each one boat laying at a dock, I got a bit of a shock when I saw I was going to be sleep at a real dock where sailing boats also were laying.
