  The location is fantastic, the rooms are actually each one boat laying at a dock, I got a bit of a shock when I saw I was going to be sleep at a real dock where sailing boats also were laying. It's very simple, no fancy rooms at all, but was very clean and had both tv microwave and refrigerator. The area was peaceful and quiet but had reastaurants right in the area. The man who checked us in was very friendly and checked us in early (20 minutes) since there were 3 people waiting to check in.

Ample free parking and within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. Will be returning here next year on our trip - My husband and I enjoyed our one night stay. The room was very clean and for once, I did not have to ask for any towels, washcloths etc. It was well stocked and had plenty of soap, shampoo, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the Wi-Fi was easy to connect to. We absolutely enjoyed the Sea Dell Motel and would stay again.
