  Everything- the spa is amazing (the best massage therapists I have had in a long while) the eucalyptus steam room is godsend after a long plane ride.   This was a much quieter casino hotel and suited us well, it was very well situated and next to the fashion mall and on the strip bus route near the premier outlet for those who enjoy shopping.   I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

  It was a marvelous, beautiful and quiet place. There is a restaurent in the hotel, during the week and in off season it looks closed but it's open, you have to ask.
