  Everything- the spa is amazing (the best massage therapists I have had in a long while) the eucalyptus steam room is godsend after a long plane ride.   This was a much quieter casino hotel and suited us well, it was very well situated and next to the fashion mall and on the strip bus route near the premier outlet for those who enjoy shopping.   Without exaggeration, the most immaculate and luxurious hotel suite I've ever stayed in - in fact, I thought the staff had mistakenly upgraded me when I first opened the door, as the price was so reasonable! Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. Front desk staff were very pleasant upon - Having a suite with a kitchenette made the stay much easier. Could have breakfast in the suite or even food ready to take for lunches and such. Bed was comfortable and suite was well laid out. Staff were helpful and accommodating. All staff we met were helpful and friendly.We dodged the timeshare sell bullet that some have referred to (didn't take their promised incentives so they didn't push the matter).

  I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.
