  Comparatively small hotel right off the strip, which was a great location, because you were tucked away from all of the craziness a little bit but you could get to it in under 5 minutes if you wanted to. It is basically beside the MGM so you know you're not far away. Room was beautiful , big and clean. Pool area loses the sun in early aft - We were upgraded free of charge, and our two-bedroomed suite was ENORMOUS! It was bigger than all of our flats at home! Well stocked kitchen, two dining areas, lounge area with couch, main bathroom, one bedroom with two double beds and a massive master bedroom with ensuite. Very comfortable, very clean and functional. And for the price it was incredible value for money. Also excellent location. Right behind the polo towers and next to planet Hollywood. Two minute walk to the strip.

  I think it depends on the time of day you check in, to how quickly it all happens. Having been here once before you learn a few tricks. I dropped the family off at the entrance so they could get in the queue to check in. As in all big Vegas hotels it's generally a mile and half walk to your room which usually means a walk through the casino (if you - I liked the fact that everyone did there own thing. No one checking up on what you doing! And when told the house keeper we were in there she left away! Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Service/employees/and the guest were no problem to us! Great experience!

All staff we met were helpful and friendly.We dodged the timeshare sell bullet that some have referred to (didn't take their promised incentives so they didn't push the matter).
