  I stayed out running around the city all day so I didn't need a fancy hotel to accommodate me. All I needed was a bed and a shower, both of which were clean and provided to me at a great cost by the hostel. The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value.   Staff is freindly and accurately listen your question and try to help you, even when you bad know English. Pizzeria is quite nice! Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! CTA metro station is in several steps (... 别人怎么说 » way to airport), bus to Navy Pier is quite near, Sears Tower is viewed from the window, and Museum Campus, Grand Park and Michigan avenue in 15 minute - The friendliness and courtesy of staff. And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.

  Well kept. Atmosphere was swanky. Enjoyed the "wine hour". We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was snowing out and they let me borrow an umbrella for free.
