The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value.   Staff is freindly and accurately listen your question and try to help you, even when you bad know English. Pizzeria is quite nice! Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! CTA metro station is in several steps (... 别人怎么说 » way to airport), bus to Navy Pier is quite near, Sears Tower is viewed from the window, and Museum Campus, Grand Park and Michigan avenue in 15 minute - The friendliness and courtesy of staff. And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.

  Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent for the money and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
