  Was close to where we wanted to be and had a good view of the city. Comfortable place to stay, bed and pillows where nice and soft. After the fist room that was not clean they did move us promptly to a new room that was nice and clean.   There was a really friendly atmosphere to this hotel -- the 'Sky Lobby' lounge was welcoming and the free manager's drinks early evening were great. The beautiful layout of interior and exterior rooms was breath-taking. Our room was spacious and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. My son loved the sofa bed which was very comfortable and relaxing as well. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the soothing hot-tub.   I didn't expect such luxury for the money. The location was perfect in that it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see. I'm still trying to get over the tv that was embedded in the bathroom mirror. I've never had three TVs in a unit before. The electric curtains and blinds were nice and it was something we hadn't seen since our stay at the Birj Al Arab - From the lobby we came in to a very modern and friendly atmosphere.   Fairfield Inn is an excellent hotel located in Mag Mile (n Michigan Ave) district. It is staff thei friendliness, their ability to deal with several guests, respond to you calmly and warmly that gives a full Chicago experience. Bedroom is very comfortable and clean. Provided me with an umbrella as I forgot mine, delivered map quest directions to my room the morning of my conference, as I wasn't sure about the location of the conference center. Breakfast was good, and free wireless was included in the room- contrary to information provided by letsbookhotel.com. Highly recommend!

  Convienent location and price - Its location is excellent. The friendliness of the staff, particulary the bell captain and his staff etc. was excellent. If you are sightseeing its the place to be located.
