Cleanliness Modern roon design Quiet Friendliness of staff Feel of higher end hotel Budget friendly. Centrally located in kalispell with easy access to whitefish, bigfork, Flathead lake, locsl restaurants abd shopping. Grest amenities such as pool, workout room, and business center. Fast checkout. Would definately rate this hotel at the top. A very nice hotel convenient to the highway and shopping. The staff was successful in accommodating us after a disheartening and disappointing mix up due to overbooking on the part of the hotel.

Size of room available refreshments in foyer and the sitting area The Blue Canyon restaurant next door was good food and reasonably priced. The Inn was beautiful and clean. The room was great. We loved it! The coffee, tea and nighttime treats were awesome. Loved the staff very welcoming ! Pool and hot tub were great size and clean !. Good breakfast Good dinner at adjoining restaurant Efficient staff. Room was great and enjoyed having access to pool and gym areas. location was excellent. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was terrific AND good value!. The whole ambiance. Was very clean. food. Price made this an affordable place to stay with a family. Breakfast was great and the waitress was so nice. Location. Comfort. No complsints. Our stsy was flawless. We stayed in eight different hotels in Montana and Wyoming during our recent visit. This was the only hotel that did not offer a free breakfast. The breakfast was very good. Breakfast not included for the price No slippers provided in room. We always like it when breakfast is included in the price. However, we knew going in that this wasn't the case at this hotel. There really wasn't anything we didn't like. Front desk personnel were OK - not the most friendly. The beds were fairly hard. Completely happy with everything will be back and tell out friends. Staff were unfriendly. Room was not cleaned. The fact we had to call down to the front desk to get our bed linens changed. The maid should have seen they needed changing. The beds were not comfortable at all.They reactivated an old shoulder pain . I had to pay for breakfast. Any cheap inn around this hotel had the breakfast included. no senior discount fans blowing at night no windows that open. No in-room recycling bin. Pool was closed several times during our stay which was disappointing as this is why we chose this hotel. The mattress was horrible! So , bad night. So far from everything. No internet service, room was dirty, only basic tv, not what was advertised.
