Hospitality was exceptional! From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They appeared to sincerely like their job! --The pool and spa is open 24 hours. Nice for us older folks. Over our 3 day visit I enjoyed the swimming pool and hot whirlpool at least 6 times! My wife and I are in our mid-sixties. Several times we had these facilities all to ourselves. Young kids have to go to bed eventually! -- Overall the free morning breakfast was pretty good.
所有评语 » Came for the week-end & certainly would return. From the front desk on, the staff was friendly & helpful. Spacious clean room, great free breakfast. We really liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. The rooms are very nice and clean. It is an all around great place to stay. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast bar was very nice, with many options. Very efficient check in and out. Such great staff! Can't say enough about them and how they go well beyond what is necessary!. Rooms very good, clean, comfortable, free wi-fi. Lobby is nice. Good location in Kalispell. Front desk Cleanliness Pool open 24 hours Coffee/snacks available near front desk. Very good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub and very good stay for the money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Very clean, comfortable beds, lots of room, good breakfast. Was disappointed there is not an operating ceiling exhaust fan in the bathroom/shower. I inquired and was told it is simply a 'vent.' -- About those scrambled eggs. I have never seen or eaten any quite like these! Very rubbery, not a lot of flavor. However two days later the egg omlettes were much better. Oh, the oatmeal not so good. Couldn't finish it. Went for some dry cereal. Overall though the selection of things to eat was very good. My only complaint is I found the duvet to be heavy & quite warm, would not use in the summer. The hot tub is still not working right since 2 years ago.. Either in the 90's or 108!!!. Lack of real salt and pepper shakers, just paper packages, and no tabasco sauce for the eggs. The TV remote control in the room is not intuitive, difficult to operate. We recommended this hotel to our daughter and her family and unfortunately they had a bad experience due to extremely noisy neighbours. Not the hotels' fault and they were given one night free because of it. Location. Kinda spendy for a room in November. Didn't like the fact that we were put in an adjoining room next to a crying baby all night. To say the least we got no sleep Saturday night. the hot tub was barely warm. Strange odour in the first room, gave us a second room that also had a similar smell. ? Cleaning products. Location from West Glacier National Park.
