I have stayed with friends at this motel several times, it is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful and every chance I get I recommend it to others.We are booked for Black Friday too!. The friendly staff, especially Gwendolyn! And Karen (her name I think?) was really nice too. The price was a great deal with comfortable bed and a clean room with the James Dean theme!. A great value, clean and comfortable. Room was nicely sized, staff was courteous and efficient. Continental breakfast was adequate and plentiful.
所有评语 » Room theme was gambling, cards and dice everywhere. Really comfortable beds, and the shower was great. Staff was very friendly and very busy. Our room had a fun Marilyn Monroe theme with lots of pictures, books, memorabilia, and decorations of the life of Marilyn. Good location, clean, easy access to main roads, staff helpful. Good value for travelers. A unique motel with very friendly staff. It was very clean and very comfortable. clean but nothing fancy. Just a quick trip at the last minute so it was ok. Wonderful staff and soaking in the hot tub was delightful after a busy day. Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money, comfortable room. Loved the Harley decorations in the room... What a HOOT... Super staff, very kind and respectful of your needs. the theme rooms are all cool and with in a budget. The staff, location and good breakfast. Reasonably priced in comparison. The location and the price. comfortable,easy access. I like the theme rooms. Room was very clean. nice place to stay. Great value for the bux. Each room seems to have a theme. Ours was fishing and there were rods and izaak Walton accoutrement everywhere it could hang or lean. I noticed there was also a room with the Titanic on the door. The place is run by some very eager old ladies who all aim to please. Staff very helpful.Just off a busy street but close to everything in Kalispell. I had the "duck room" which was very funky but a little too cute. The rooms were very clean if you could ignore the stains on the carpet. One room was a very strange shrine to Audrey Hepburn. The price was good it was clean. reasonable value for the cost. Decent location, good price. Bed was comfortable. American decoration. best price in town. nice staff. Decor was funky and very unusual -- a plus in my opinion. Three Stooges poster not as great. A most unusual group of people manned the office but were friendly and helpful. Checking in was very efficient and easy ( even though she was busy). We have something to laugh about. We were in the Elvis room. Rooms are big & clean Staff very helpfull. Fair price, not to far to Glacier N.P. friendly staff. Staff was fair, Tried to be helpful. Explained how to obtain refund from letsbookhotel.com. The price. nothing!!. Nothing. There is NOTHING to not like about this motel!. The toilet seat was so worn that the white color was missing in places on top and underneath the seat. Need to purchase new toilet seat so the toilet looks better as it "felt" dirty to look at or sit on. Some of the bathroom molding was pulling away from the wall - didn't look so good. The door lock didn't work very well, but the doors are old, but very well taken care of. Towels stained, no basics other than soap supplied. There was nothing I didn't like. Only a view of the parking lot from room. Breakfast was sparse... need newer mattresses. The room reeked from old tobacco although it was a non-smoking room. We were very disappointed with this. I like rugs on the floor. Room was a little too dark. Not enough lights. There was NO record of my booking.... Not very updated. The mattresses are tired. One of the non-smoking rooms smelled of disinfectant trying to cover smoke. Didn't have hair dryers or shampoo, ice bucket,. Carpet was questionable. It is motel you are going to get trafffict noise. Was not a fan at all about the continetial breakfast. Tv was small. You start to see all kinds of people just because it is cheap. lack of reading lights 2 am screaming people weird schoolhouse decor. not enough coffee in room due leaving early. The pool was a little cold for comfort. Location on main highway not great. Right on main road and used by lorry drivers who left very early in morning waking people up btween 3 and 4am. Sleep difficult. No air conditioning in corridors and stairs in temps over 90F. These areas were hot and smelly.. Bed linen clean but with cigarette burns patched with tape. Not a place for holiday makers other than emergency overnight stay. The pool and "spa" area was dirty. We were given the Elvis room. I'm sorry, but it was overkill. The bust on the bookshelf was downright scary. Covered it up in order to sleep. 1960's room. At least I think that's the last time they cleaned the carpet.?. Mattress and pillows were thin and uncomfortable Room said non-smoking, smelled of cigarette smoke and cat urine Poor or no Wi-Fi. Room smelled nasty! Very old Furniture (but all still works) Car-wracks in backyard, bbq-station in bad shape (woun't use it)!. stained linens; candy wrapper between sheet; pillows smell, have to sleep sitting up. Wi-Fi signal too weak; never saw the pool; none of the amenities were offered. No shampoo & conditioner provided. The sub floor showing through the worn out carpet. The upholstered chairs were filthy. Bathroom floor needed sweeping and a wash. The BED it was as old as the Motel! We stayed in a different motel every night of our trip (11 nights). This one and one other were just the pits. We paid less and got a much much better room. And oh ya, fresh donuts in the morning! Might have been fresh at one time but not on the morning we were there. Holes in the covers, dirty towel left by housekeeping This is 2orsw than the Bates Motel. The bed bugs. location, condition of motel inside & outside, furniture was cheap, dirty & worn; bed was horrible, as well as linens, pillows, & towels. The room was old. Carpet was from the 70s. Bugs in the bathroom light. Internet didn't work. Pop machine at the end of the hall didn't work. The room was about a city block from the hotel. 82.50 per night. The hall stunk, the bed was old and hard and the pillows were thin and uncomfy. There were no handicapped facilities in the motel. Even though it was a request made at the time of reservation. The desk help did not even know what a bath chair was for a disabled person. I used my ice chest to take a shower. I am an above the knee amputee. I would never recommend this motel, and would cancel my own plans before I would stay there again. Very poor. dirty and smelly. The whole experience. Completely run down, room smelt, needed redecorating and updating. Swimming pool area was disgusting as was the hot tub. They never got our reservation from letsbookhotel.com and were not very willing to accommodate us as a result. We booked a room with two beds, and they gave us a room with one bed. The rooms are run down and minimally cleaned. The staff was not very friendly either.
