The room was spacious and very clean... Had a stunning view out on the balcony... The Victorian Style motif was appreciated by the Mrs...the Canopy bed was wonderful... The Penthouse Suite had plates, dishes, microwave, fridge... Granite countertops... Mantlepiece with fireplace with remote... Sofa, chairs, extra towels.... Large Jacquzzi...drapes and wall pictures perfectly fit the decor. We loved it... And it was the price value that originally brought our attention, and then the subsequent b.
所有评语 » Excellent place clean, helpful staff, luxury as promised and all special requests full filled. Recommend this resort highly I took my grandchildren with daughter and cousin as helpers. They loved it too. Huge tub was a big hit for 5 and 8 year old girls. Enjoyed inside pool too outside too cool a day for it. Stayed at top of mountain...the chateau..beautiful place,views,amazing ammeneties...very spacious,extremly clean...and to nancy at the front desk at luxary mountain geteway...shes amazing,polite,helpful.. The two out door pools. The room was fabulous. Four poster king bed, 2 person jacuzzi, marble floors, fireplace, porch with spectaluar views. This was buy far the best hotel we have stayed at. It was stunning !! The pictures in the web sit must be old cause wow gourgeous. The room was way better than expected. If you had the same deal next year for the same price ,I would go back definitly go back. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was gorgeous. The view was gorgeous. The location was convenient. beautiful view of the mountains, quiet (we were off season), nice swimming pool, BBQ, patio, lot of towels for the bathroom,. It's near shopping and many outdoor activities yet the resort is quiet and provides lots of privacy. Beautiful scenery. The Victorian homes we stayed in at the top of the mountain were absolutly beautiful. The view was breathtaking. The staff were very friendly. Chateau was well appointed and the views were beautiful!!. I can't wait to go back! Our room was absolutely beautiful with a great view. Just Perfect. Everything. We love the setting and have stayed here many, many times before. The outdoor jacuzzi/heated outdoor pool on a snowy night. Service is always very friendly and helpful. Outdoor Fires. Private pool Views Size of unit. nice bed very comfy. The outside of the unit could use some minor touch up painting, and minor maintenance as natural updating that all units need from time to time.. But otherwise no other complaints from us. Nothing. The tranqulity pool closed..its seasonal. No restaurant on site. So had to leave site to get all nourishment. nothing. The jacuzzi tub was broken. The hot water ran out after three minutes. The hair dryer shut itself off every time after two minutes (I'm not exaggerating). Since these two points were not that important to me, it did not matter. Everything else was great. the first contact at the reception was non kindly... could have more kitchen furniture to cook. The smoke detector went off everytime the fan was on in the bedroom.., that was annoying. Needs some updating. Pull out bed uncomfortable, must dive a couple blocks to pool, gas fireplace fan was broken. Hard to find available rooms. Couches were ripped. No wireless internet as advertised. We have stayed here many times this was our fist time staying at the very top of the mountain. The property has been around for a little while now and each time we come it gets a bit worse and a bit more disrepair. loose cabinets, drawer faces falling off, Indoor pool area needs some repair and refreshing. Its to bad we love staying here. Need to spend some time and refresh the common areas and really make sure that units are in good repair. Pools cold dirty Hot tubs cold and unclean Sauna was filthy Cigarette butts every where around gazebos Bird poop on all outside tables and chairs not washed or cleaned for use Kitchen was not gourmet at all Stove burn Grill outside didn't work Screen doors broken hard to shut No linen for pull out bed For the money its not up to par. no room service at all.
