  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood.   I chose your hotel because of the fireplace and balcony. We LOVED sitting around the fireplace drinking coffee while admiring the fall colors through balcony glass door.   Loved the location and the fact that we were in the mountains. The location was great--just a few miles outside of Gatlinburg and not very far to all the sites and attractions of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.
