  The staff were welcoming and very helpful when asked. It was a lovely setting and perfect for adults without children. Away from the tourist attractions in the national park.   Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was clean. We loved the location, we could leave the car parked and walk. The rooms were soundproof - did not hear doors closing or people in the hallway. - Excellent location, great room with spa. Very comfortable and perfect for exploring the Smoky Mountains.
