  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. I would stay there again for sure. - We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

  The manager responded to the inoperable in-room movies by providing us with a complimentary breakfast. The buffet breakfast was amazing!   Loved the location and the fact that we were in the mountains. The location was great--just a few miles outside of Gatlinburg and not very far to all the sites and attractions of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Lots to do just on the resort grounds so you don't even have to wander off property if you just want to relax. - We like that we could visit here & had all we needed right on spot, didn't have to bring anything from town. We like that as a couple we were able to go out that evening & enjoy other couples socializing at the bar & had the restaurant on site. We also like that when we decide to come back we can also bring our daughter & she will be occupied with activities to do for her own age. Beautiful place, loved it, can't wait to come back!
