  A group of my friends and I (in our 20's) were having an outing at Sundown Mountain in Dubuque, and after shopping around for hotels I found the Best Western Plus Dubuque Hotel and fell in love. A gorgeous hotel for an amazing price. It has a restaurant attached to it and the food is reasonably priced. The pool/recreational area is phenomenal. There were a - the rooms were clean and neat. the air conditioning was excellent for 95 F weather. it was within a few miles to all of the tourist sites along the Mississippi.

  It may not look like much on the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised with our room! The bed was huge and so comfortable. The room was large and spacious.   Nice, friendly we were just traveling through. Would like to visit a again and stay here take in some of the sights. Room was clean, bed was comfy, restaurant food was great, so was the waiter. Thanks - We were walking distance from great places to eat, shopping, museum, casino etc.
