  A group of my friends and I (in our 20's) were having an outing at Sundown Mountain in Dubuque, and after shopping around for hotels I found the Best Western Plus Dubuque Hotel and fell in love. A gorgeous hotel for an amazing price. It has a restaurant attached to it and the food is reasonably priced. The pool/recreational area is phenomenal. There were a - the rooms were clean and neat. the air conditioning was excellent for 95 F weather. it was within a few miles to all of the tourist sites along the Mississippi.

  Conviently located in town. With many restaurant options available. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was very clean! - Very nice hotel and the location was great. Nice hot breakfast in morning. Definitely will stay again when in Dubuque!

  It may not look like much on the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised with our room! The bed was huge and so comfortable. The room was large and spacious. The shower and bathroom were very clean and looked new. They recently opened a new bar in the hotel, but we only got to peak in for a second. It looked really nice.   The rooms were comfortable and cheery. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was ample and good. The hotel has a book lending library which really impressed me. There were books for both adults and children. Both family friendly and business friendly.   Nice, friendly we were just traveling through. Would like to visit a again and stay here take in some of the sights. Room was clean, bed was comfy, restaurant food was great, so was the waiter. Thanks - We were walking distance from great places to eat, shopping, museum, casino etc.

I would recommend this motel to any one planning to stay in Dubuque.   Great location in downtown Dubuque. The lobby is warm and inviting, and the room was very tastefully appointed and comfortable.
