The front desk gentleman was polite and efficient. Another potential guest was trying to bully his way ahead of others and the desk person nipped it in the bud politely and calmly. Location is close to interstate and a short ride from downtown. Very clean, Person behind the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful! Location is very close to event we attended and the surroundings are improving greatly!.
所有评语 » the price was good and the fact that breakfast was included was a huge bonus. Location to Ohio State football game, close to places to eat. My room was incredibly clean and quiet. A very quiet haven. It was an excellent motel for the money. We would go back. tres serviable le personnel est present a tout moment. Location was good, was clean and price was right. Decent price with nice rooms, good location. the bed was very comfortable. comfortable. price. It was cheap for a last minute requirement due to a flat tyre!. Room was neat and clean. good space and clean. Very little. I will be trying to get my money back. Low price. However you get what you pay for. The convient waffle house next door. Refrig and microwave. Location. Nothing this time. Nothing!!. Nothing. nothing. Nothing. price. cost. Two rather intimidating African American men were "hanging out" in the common area near the starirwell inside the building(not sure ifthey were actual guests), and approached me when I entered the building alone asking if I new where to get pills, and made comments essentially propositioning me to have sex with them for money. I was intimidated and frightened. I will not return to this establishment unarmed. The beds were a little small and the mattresses needed to be replaced, they seemed worn out. The ice machine wasn't working properly, so you couldn't get any ice at all!!! It seemed like the workers that may have been working there as contractors maybe working on the place, ( Hispanics) were hanging out in the hall and entry "C". Breakfast could have been better! There was what looked like concrete, Spackle or plaster on the stairway and hall way carpets. the facilities seem a bit dated as you drive up to it. the rooms are nice and clean though. It could have smelled a little better. I felt uncomfortable (safety) in the parking lot and leaving my car in the lot. Also, the common areas were very "tired" worn looking with burn marks on the carpets, unclean, and damaged areas. nothing at this time. the non-smoking rooms and hallway smelled like stale cigarette smoke. nothing. The room smelled strange. It was very hard to figure out how to get into it!. Side entrance and inside corridor was dirty and littered enough to make me consider asking for my money back without even viewing the room. room was not very well maintained. breakfast could be better. coffee tasted like vintage NYC sewers. Parking lot was awful. Felt unsafe foot my vehicle. Hard bed, ac didn't work, shady characters hanging outside, staff less than helpful. Had a non smoking room and everything including the bed and "clean" towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Hotel was very run down. There was someone in the middle of the night banging on our door saying "let me in. I need a bathroom. Im going to s#!@ my pqnts" very unpleasant experience. The staff was unfriendly building was very dirty letting peopel in and out that didnt have rooms propping open secure doors very shady place in general. Bullet hole in glass, cop car sirens all night, terrible breakfast. Service was terrible electric outlets didnt operate. Got key to wrong room room key got deactivated mid stay. The smell and the uncleanless. Drug dealing, prostitutes, filthy, location, safety, noise, the fact we were so scared we didn't even stay there Saturday night that we booked through you and got no refund. This place is full of shady drug addicts and hookers. There were people running the halls, partying, and banging on doors all night long. Police were there at least four times in one night. I would never stay here again. everything. Everything. location- witnessed drug use on property free breakfast offered 2 kinds of cereal and no milk, stale bread and frozen waffles. my husband went to the grocery next door and bought donuts. did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in the parking lot no extra pillows and no fold out bed was available. too many people wandering in parking lot, no parking places close to your room. Bad part of town. Not very clean. Not well kept. the matteres was too soft worn out, not as clean as it should, be building in poor condition, doors to building wouldn't let you in only part time just a very bad experience. I would ever stay there again it is bad.
