I liked the location and the price. The employee was very polite and helpful. Good comfort, the hotel is clean and the price is good for a hotel in town. staff was friendly and efficient .room was ready & correct on arrival. Friendly staff, nice clean room, and safe place to park my car. Staff was very pleasant and it was close to alot of things.

Friendly...late check out. Pric, Hotel features... nice clean room. location. The toilet seat was dirty. Hair on bathroom floor. Hair dryer was grungy. Good thing I brought my own. It was not cleaned as it should have been. Breakfast was poor. Choice of toast, very small muffins or a small pastry. No oj milk cereal bagels English muffins or any other the other typical breakfast foods that are typically provided at hotels!. What I liked most was the price of the room. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. price was good and location was close to where we needed to be. would recommend for the price. the price,and it stated Ohio State Fairground so we thought we would be in that area. Price and comfort and access to restaurants and ease off highway. Staff was great made sure you were happy... fair price cash option was unique. Nice access to freeway. Quiet. Close to highway. staff friendly. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Location was perfect. Nothing. Price. Not much other than being able to get a room the same day. The staff was very friendly that was the only good thing. Nothing. nothing. The refrigerator and coffee maker were not cleaned. The breakfast is very brief. ice machines were not working ..they were being worked on & it wasn't hotel fault Hotel is older , but more attention could be paid to dusting & cleaning & tiny repairs. I have no negative feedback. Curtains and bedding(bedskirt) looked dirty. Coffe machine wasnt good and the breakfast was just a muffin dont advertise (breakfast included) when its just coffee and a little muffin. Contenentnal breakfast was a joke. Carpet was very dirty in room, there was an empty Red Bull can under the bed ruffle that should have been found by cleaning crew quite easily as the bed frame prevents anything from going under the bed. Just kind of makes you wonder what else they didn't do. Heater in room wouldn't adjust to low heat, was either high fan heat or no heat. Break-in happened in parking lot one night and was not good. Vending machines in poor working order, no refridgerators in room. Toilet had trouble flushing. Heater gardvto regulate. I did not like pillow or bed. breakfast was rolls no elevator. there was nothing not to like i enjoyed my stay. What I did like was it was not to far from the schotenstein center OSU!. The continental breakfast was the worst I've ever seen. You could choose from a tiny banana muffin or a tiny Danish. Drink choice was coffee. Hope you don't have kids that need a drink. Definitely need improvement. no frig or microwave or coffee pot in room. dirty carpet in hallway. continental breakfast was so so but coffee was horrible. the door on lobby open ever time we went down stairs making it cold inside ,only toast ,roll coffee no juice for kids or milk ,not as nice as pic look on line. Offered wifi but never could use. Carpets need to be cleaned whole building. sheets had burn holes no fan to cool bathroom. Very dirty carpet. Rooms had an odor. I don't consider continental breakfast coffee and a dry danish. No breakfast as described. Carpet needed cleaned Maid had trouble understanding me. Didn't seem to understand English that well!. waited too long to check in. Wasn't comfortable... bedding was hard and made me sweat all night. Asked for extra pillows, never got them?. I made reservations through letsbookhotel.com. But when we got there they tried to charge me 20.00 more than what I booked the room for. I showed her the confirmation and she rolled her eyes and fixed it after she had already billed my card. The room smelled like mold and there were dead bugs all over the room including the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bedding smelled odd as well. Had to wait 30 min. To check inn, line out the door. Way too many dogs barking. Towels were old and thin , carpet needs to be replaced, not to mention the police was in hotel looking for somebody. I was soo uncomfortable, would not recommend to anyone let alone stay here again, very disappointed...... Hotel was not very clean, the room was ok. Breakfast consisted toast and stale frozen pastries and only beverage was coffee. The beds were not comfy and the bathroom was not clean. The carpet was so stained throughout the entire building leaving an uncomfortable atmosphere. Very unclean,very strong unpleasant orders, very bad neighborhood and not worth the price at all. They need to charge for a one star rating of 35.00 verses the 85.00+ I paid for the one night. The AC did not work in our room or the halls of the hotel, it was so hot and very uncomfortable. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. It's in a horrible location with lots of weird looking people. I did not feel safe here. Cleanliness, Smell, location. The room was unsanitary and smelled very bad. We found an insect crawling on the bed covers, and the bathroom had hair and mildew everywhere. Stains were on every wall and even the lampshade. Carpet terrible, someone's sock under the bed, hair dryer not working, smell atrocious, staff very apologetic (not to blame). Management not caring! So bad...telling everyone RRI....do not stay!.
