This was my second stay at your hotel and both times I've been very pleased. I've traveled with my three small children and a friend (for extra help!) both times. Both times we've checked in rather late due to a long day of travel, but both times the staff was very helpful in getting us settled in our room as quickly as possible and eager to help in any way they could. I love that the hotel is located close to the high way and places to eat and shop and not far from our point of interest and the indoor pool seemed nice we had no time to enjoy it. We will certainly book it for next years trip.
所有评语 » Mannaseh at the front desk was very helpful, on top of things, and professional. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. It was nice to have the coffee maker, but the coffee was awful. Everyone was friendly and very helpful The rooms were clean and the beds was comfortable It is very close to where I was going for the weekend and was very easy to find. I'm a swimmer, so I liked having a 25 yd. pool open at 5:30 a.m. I could swim before work, and it was uncrowned. I liked the fridge and microwave in the room. I liked that my husband and i were able to have time alone with no one bothering us. It was nice and quiet most of the time. Would deff come again if need be. Room was clean, comfortable and inviting. Great electronics-flat screen tv,micro,large fridge. Access to spa club was great plus. The beds were so comfortable!!! We were very close to our vacation spot, and to any shopping/food we might have needed!. Close to downtown. Surrounded by food options. The breakfast buffet was nice. Loved the pool! Hot tub. Great place to stay. Clean rooms with good TV. Good Value. Get a pizza from Angie's...terrific. Very comfortable bed. House keeping staff friendly - gave us some bags of coffee one morning. Spa in indoor pool area Shower head had different settings Easy access to highway. The location made everything convient. Also the facility was family friendly. Newly remolded, everything was clean, very nice buffet breakfast, convenient. lots of space in the room, comfortable bed. It was comfortable and about what you could expect for the cost. Great price for the weeekend! And It was very easy to find, right off of the highway. We chose this hotel because it was only about 10 minutes from downtown, Perfect!. Conveniently located near interstate. Good TV. Plenty of towels. Many stores/restaurants nearby. Free WiFi. Online reservations. The price was great, good room, a lot of parking spaces (one night stay and was not in room much). The hotel itself was good overall, the room was clean and perfect. Price was perfect. We stayed on a Friday night during this visit and there seemed to be a lot of nightclub worthy sounds (offensive language), smells (cigarettes), and behavior (arguments, lewd language, yelling, etc.) happening throughout the hotel. By all means, I realize that your establishment can't control the behavior of others, it just was certainly not a positive point of our stay. Air conditioner was loud. Door lock did not always latch. Toilet ran. Floor needed to be vacuumed. Sheets were old and so many pills it felt like sleeping on sand paper. Coffee tasted awful. (room 2047). Room was clean, but hallways needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. Some shady looking people around, but I felt safe in the room. This was the best deal around with a pool. There were some shaddy people walking around but thats a given in a large city. The people above us did get loud at one point but it didnt last. Over all it was a good stay. At no fault of the hotel, I was concerned about this being a family vacation. We encountered lots of people roaming the halls who were obviously under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Between the front desk and our room, we saw/spoke to 4 different women who were barely dressed and very high. I liked the facility, but will likely not go back. Inside pool being used for swim team. Breakfast could have been price shown in room. Shady feeling to some of the guests. Front desk staff not too friendly. Strong smell of smoke in hallway near our room. Bathroom very small. Very little water pressure in shower. Bathroom sink kept clogging Found an old water bottle left by the bed from previous guest, please pick up all trash, wouldn't want my child to pick it up :). Children running through the hall all night. Smell of carpet in hallways, smallness of bath room. Ac did not work very well. Daughter was not able to use pool due to a class. Fire alarm going off early morning. Communication Barrier with Staff (Hard to understand). n/a. I wanted the pool and hot tub to be open longer. Outside was not as appealing as the inside of the rooms. AC a bit noisy when cycling on and off. Broken window,noisy hallway,entrance door from parking lot not secure,suspicious activity in parking lot. elevator was too unsafe to use. employees block handicap parking. Air Conditioner was very noisy, but it did work O.K. Hall carpeting was old and dingy. Light sconces in halls were full of dead bugs. Big spider in a web in corner of room. I was unable to enjoy the hot tub because there were too many people. My family and I tried different times with no success. Poor TV for evening . Coffee pot was broke. Remodeling through the night. Toilet didn't flush. Beds were small. Was old and a bit shabby. Didn't like the fact there was no breakfast included and you had to purchase at a restaurant. When I travel I am looking for a little something to get me started not a big buffet. My room being entered after I had the priv sign on door !! they went in took all of out belongings off the bed even paced some and zip bag!! Sorry you got it in wron bag!! This is one thing that fires me up snooping ib my things! When I say no room service it means just that!!. Not free breakfast, but it was not expensive. A/C unit very noisy. shabby yet clean,need reno. Could have been a little cleaner and updated. Lack surrounding information. Not staff problem. Had no sleep as I had to call front desk twice for fighting,screaming and slamming doors most of the night by rude,drunk and high guests. Whole hall smelled like pot and cigarettes. Police did come out at least once. Felt horrible and sick on vacation due to no sleep. Felt I should of received some compensation. No pizza places open late. Not enough attention to spa it was nasty dirty that is my only complaint with my stay. When i went to check in the man screwed are rooms up didnt even look at the paper i brought to show the rooms i reserved didnt speak much english hard to understand was not very nice pushed me to another man checking people in to handle the mistake. There seems to be a discrepancy in the cost on the second day. Slow to get staff to deliver an extra bed we requested. Front desk folks ok but not real friendly. Asked housekeeping for extra towels and never got them. Air conditioning barely functioning. The hall and stair ways were dirty and the rooms were quite worn. It didn't feel particularly clean. The pictures on the website showed much nicer rooms. Everything seemed dated and dirty. They advertise for a pool and hot tub, which we were looking forward to. But what they dont tell you is its a Public pool, for everyone, not just guests at the hotel. And of couse the saturday we were there, they had all sorts of kids partys at the pool. None of which were hotel guests. Bummer!. All my kids wanted was to stay at a hotel w a pool, so having to deal with a slew of kids doing swim lessons, we couldn't enjoy the pool. Pool water was cold, then having to go outside for the pool was a disappointment. Beds were too small. Paint supplies & tools strewn throughout the halls was a bad first impression on arrival. Toilet seat was broken. The front desk people could not help with directions and this was just going to downtown Columbus, further from downtown than I thought with all of the construction going on. The building is not too clean and it's kinda located in a ghetto area.
