  Parking was at a premium. We arrived after 9:00 PM and when the desk clerk heard me say I had to go out to find a parking space, he moved his car from a very convenient spot, so I could use it.   Nice hotel. Staff here were amazing. Tv sucked, but theres a denneys conviently right beside the hotel. Unfortunatly buffalo is just a terrible city to be in for to long. I would definatly recommend this hotel. - Room was easy to access for handicapped. Housekeeper very good. Day shift front desk very helpful. Waitress in restaurant very good.

  Starting with the smiling and friendly staff at Reception; rooms very clean; parking spot close to the room; great breakfast; availability of hot drinks throughout the day; quiet despite the fact that there were quite a few guests in the hotel; great location for shopping trips (Walden Galleria).
