Nice hotel. Staff here were amazing. Tv sucked, but theres a denneys conviently right beside the hotel. Unfortunatly buffalo is just a terrible city to be in for to long. I would definatly recommend this hotel. Room was easy to access for handicapped. Housekeeper very good. Day shift front desk very helpful. Waitress in restaurant very good. Very helpful staff - took us back and forward to airport several times to pick up/return hire car + on arrival & departure.
所有评语 » The desk ladies were super friendly and accomodating! The breakfast was outstanding at Max's Grill:). Front desk so friendly, the hotel is so quite and many exits so you are always close to your car. Very clean and comfortable, close to the airport and great restaurant. - good value - location is close to airport and malls. Pretty close to the BUF airport, worthy staying. Excellent and helpful staff, clean. calmness and quietness. close to the airport. I loved it. Everything!. Location wise this was a good choice for the airport. Very comfortable king size bed. The bed was great and the room was clean. Clean rooms, location, friendly staff. Not much it was clean. The low rise building. Channels sucked. Hate the city. The late night staff, failed to make wake up call. Was 30 minutes late waking up. Had very early flight to catch. Was not happy with his attitude. Nothing. - bathroom sink need plumping. nothing. Nothing I can think of. only have an outdoor pool. The lighting between the beds was very poor for reading. It's important for me considering all the business reading I have to do and my preference to not do it at the desk. unable to adjust ac. I did not like that there was not an elevator and no rooms available on the first floor. My mother twisted her knee and had to climb the stairs. Not injury friendly. Pillows need to be replaced go back to large size... Small ones not good. The room was at the back of a two story hotel with no lift, in order to get to it we had to trek three quarter ways around the upper floor with cases in tow. There was a terrible draft of wind under the room door all night and this was felt in the bathroom also, all around the door there was cold air. Even after a warm shower the chill could be felt. We were not happy with this. The toilet seat was loose and it was a little distance from my son's College. There was no elevator to our room, so we had to carry all of our luggage up a flight of steps. The front desk clerk helped but it was a surprising inconvenience. Nothing for children. Signage is poor. It's not easy to find. There's only one "Holiday Inn" sign. I drove by 3 times before I found the hotel. The reservation indicated a $20 breakfast coupon which the hotel staff told me was only for priority members even though I had printed the details from the letsbookhotel.com site. I was not impressed that there was not a continental breakfast and no fridge in the room.
