this was our 1st stay at the Fairfield inn and from the second we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and the staff at the front desk were so friendly, we have stayed in many hotels in that area and never been in one that was immaculately clean as the room we were in and i dont use that word loosly,so thank you for making our stay a pleasant one..
所有评语 » Great price and breakfast, rooms very nice. Staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful .. they appeared to really care that every thing looked good, was fresh and well stocked. Made our review of the hotel in general much better. Ever though we had a couple issue I am willing to give them a second chance. I like the closeness to the airport, the shuttle service and friendly helpful staff. My room was next to the elevator and ice machine and across the street from the airport and I didn't hear a thing all night. The rooms are very sound proof. We loved how courteous and helpful the staff were and we loved the current feel to our rooms. We did find some hairs on one of the bathroom floors but choose not to complain as the rest of both rooms were spotless. room very well appointed and the king bed very comfortable.....breakfast very good with good selection of items pool area well kept and pool a good size and not too cold. Good location. Staff is friendly and professional. Coffee is always ready early, and breakfast buffet is good. Relatively clean rooms. I liked the location. I especially liked the great customer service from Inez during my breakfast on the last day there. She is a gem. Reasonably appointed rooms/facilities that are clean & comfortable, with a good breakfast selection. Friendly & helpful staff. Second time staying there. Friendly staff, easy check in, easy check out, great facilities, pool & jacuzzi, great location. We really enjoyed our stay here, amazing staff and facilities. They also provide a wide menu of breakfast. I requested a shower chair upon arrival and they delivered it quickly. clean, easily allowed early check in (appreciated as I had a bad migraine). Hotel was clean, people were polite, and good television channels. The kindness of the people and shuttle drivers. Very nice!!!. Across the street from the airport with shuttle service. The rest of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Clean Great value Spacious room Friendly staff. All You Can Breakfast. Clean, good breakfast. As advertised. Everything. Loved the pool and hot tub, our room was spacious, the room I asked for - we were given and it was available early, as requested, and the breakfast was yummy!. Comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom. The pool area. It was very clean. not a thing!!!. Front desk staff not very friendly. Girl when I checked in was very nice but we called later to say that one of the sofabeds was broken ..they said they would have it fixed but nothing done. We also found dried blood on one of the bed sheets. Response was no apology but "oh ok" .. not even we will tell house keeping. Small things but if they even should that they cared it would have made the world of difference. We were in rooms 107 and 109. A hockey group was having a "party" in the lobby until about 1 in the morning. It was very noisy, resulting in little sleep for our children. Elevators are extremely slow, especially if staying on top floor. Ceiling dividers contain a lot of dust/dirt/garbage that seems to never be cleaned. I didn't like that no staff spoke to me until day 2 at which point it was a maintenance man. Unacceptable representation of customer service. A little pricey at $164/night for a convenience/airport hotel. A more reasonable price would have been in the $120-140/night range for the area & amenities. Found the bed to be a bit harder than I like. Still would stay here again. Breakfast was quite crowded. Likely this was due to it being a Sunday and everybody slept late. no restarant close to airport but distant from all else ugly location. The queen beds felt like double beds, would have liked them bigger. indoor pool & spa were very murky, smelled- didn't swim even though planned to do so. There was no refrigerator in the king room to keep our drinks cold. Late breakfast (starting @ 7am) should be earlier. The dining area was not clean (even during the evening when the food wasn't available) the tables were all full if crumbs. Just messy. I had made reservation from Ottawa and and had it even reconfirmed before traveling. However when I got there they had misplaced/lost my reservation and I had to pay $20 more. This was unacceptable but I had no other option!. a little dated looking. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. To the point that by sitting toward the end, i actually fell through. This was a HUGE disappointment for the cost of the room. The breakfast area wasn't kept clean. You need two breakfast staff on the weekends. The coffee supply, as well as cups, ran out. There should be another waffle machine. I didn't make one because the wait was consistently long. The food was not replenished quickly, which also let to a wait. I've stayed at Fairfield Inns before, and this one was the worst in terms of breakfast. Feather Pillow. The bathroom in my room was not clean, there was adequate supplies however it was clear that the counter was not clean( had residue and old soap on it). Almost $200 per night for a room that was basic in a no frills hotel not worth the money.
