Parking was at a premium. We arrived after 9:00 PM and when the desk clerk heard me say I had to go out to find a parking space, he moved his car from a very convenient spot, so I could use it. The hotel has a lot of younger soccer players and it wasvery loud in the lobby. However, hotel management assured us, there was "quiet" time, starting at 10:00 PM, which everypme was adhered to.
所有评语 » The room was clean, modern and spacious. Enjoyed the amenities like the hot tub and pool. The hotel provided free shuttle to a nearby restaurant without hesitation. I liked it was easy to commute to and from. It was well insulated from noise, being next to an airport. Bed was very comfortable. Great location right across from airport. Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast. Good value. Would stay here again!. I loved the room, the cleanliness, the total design. I felt so comfortable in the room we stayed in. The room was very comfortable and inviting. The foyer area was inviting and well kept. The wings.--Prefer Anchor Bar to Duffs...though both were very good. location perfect for an early flight. No noise from the airplanes. Nice rooms, clean facility and nice pool area. Good location. Bed was comfortable. Had good food. Nice fitness center. Excellent staff and clean hotel, well maintained. Friendly staff and everything was well laid out. staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Predictably clean and comfortable. Very clean, modern. Nice facilities. I did not get the room I expected based on what was available. No assistance with luggage. Nothing complementary for the price. I felt the price was a bit over-the-top and would not be able to afford to stay there too often, but it was awesome. The bottom of the bedroom door was quite high from the floor and any noise seemed to travel easily to the hallway. Front desk people watched me struggle bringing in luggage yet not offer to help. Where is the bell person? also, shuttle drops you at arrivals not departures--again another luggage struggle to get it all upstairs to baggage check. no room service Didn't love the 5:30am wake up call that I didn't request (:. Very deceiving when booking and stating free parking and shuttle to airport, then you can't park there for more than one night.....why would i want a shuttle then?. Hated the pillows. No microwave in room. not A thing!!!!. Booking asked for all of my contact info, saying that it would make the checking in process easier. The hotel had none of the info I gave you and having booked through you made the checking in process harder and slower. I hate not having breakfast included in the price. This is a vital feature we must have when we travel, so it's a deal breaker for us. No more Courtyards for us. This was our 35th hotel on a cross country road trip, and was one of the most expensive, and not providing breakfast made it even less of a value. No safe in the room.
