We were incredibly impressed with the attention given to what really makes someone comfortable away from home. The heated floor in the bath, the jacuzzi tub, the pillow choices, wonderful linens, incredibly comfortable patio furniture on our balcony, etc. Unless something changes, Tally Ho will always be our first choice in Carmel by the Sea. The hotel was charming and the room was lovely with our own large balcony overlooking the sea. The detail around the hotel was lovely such as the open fire in the courtyard. The staff were very friendly and we lived this place.
所有评语 » The view was spectacular and the amenities especially breakfast and Wi-Fi were great and the card with the weather report for the following day was unusual unexpected and great. Parking was also perfect. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. we loved sitting outside in the evening by the fire with a nice glass of wine, the bed was so comfortable my husband wanted to take it home! :). The room was lovely, with a small patio that overlooked the ocean. The Inn is a block from downtown but very quiet. It was a perfect setting for a getaway. Very clean and private. Loved the heated bathroom floor and tub. Staff was great and friendly. So glad they had the private parking. That was a huge bonus. The room was large and airy with a view of the ocean from our balcony. Friendly staff and good central location in Carmel. Very relaxing atmosphere and very comfortable accommodation with a great location. We have been there five times. Location is excellent and Rooms were very nice and clean. It's nice to have a place to park. Charming and very comfortable room. Great location with incredible views from private patio. The room is big and decorated with good taste, has great view of ocean, love the balcany. It was relaxing, quiet, and convenient. The room was beautiful with a wonderful view. This review would have been excellent across the board if it weren't for one office staff member who quite honestly just had a difficult personality and somewhat rude manner. Everyone else was great. Nothing. Loved it all!!!!!!. The internet connection stunk. Couldn't connect to the wifi from our room and had to use the common area. Buffet breakfast (served in a restaurant across the road) was average. Breakfast is among worst we have experie.nced. There was no "community" like a typical Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast was at a different location. Nothing. Lights in bathroom very dim, hard to see. Nothing. It's not that I didn't like it, but if the bushes could be trimmed back on the room's patio you could see the ocean while sitting. The fireplace, while nice, was slow to heat the entire room. Trees need triming, blocking view.
