We celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary. Room was very nice and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. So nice to be close to all downtown shopping and especially liked the grocery story so close. Quite and very lovely place to stay. My friends stayed in the room with the fireplace, so cosy looking and exceptional if you like cottage-style. We arrived very late, not easy to locate in the dark but we managed. Staff left us the keys in an envelope and welcome note. How quaint!.
所有评语 » Amazing Room, Comfortable and Roomy. Wonderful Staff and Breakfast. So close to all downtown shopping and grocery store. Room had both refrigerator and microwave and free parking. We will be back again and again. Thankyou. Well located for access to coast, beaches etc. Lots of dining options within easy walking distance. Nicely laid out around courtyard. Rooms well-equipped and comfortable. Nice having breakfast delivered to the door. The rooms were clean and very comfy. I liked the fact they delivered the continental breakfast. Walking distance for beach shopping and eating. Very friendly staff. Very nice accommodations well-located in town at a good price. Sauna and hot tub a plus. Highly recommended. We enjoyed the courtesy of the office people and the room was very nice. We agreed that we would come back. Excellent location to town. Very friendly staff. The lady at the reception was nice and pretty helpful. The location is great, right in the middle of downtown Carmel. There is a shopping market right next door and some great restaurants nearby. Breakfast is served to your room,but is just enough for a bite before you leave for brunch. Our room had a comfortable King bed, microwave, refrigerator and a jaccuzzi. The location is excellent. We love to stay in Carmel. The afternnon/evening clerk was very nice, helpful and informative. the bed was comfortable. Location. location. Location. none. Wifi was poor, needed to be outside the room to work. No elevators, maybe for some guests a Bell Boy could do the trick. As my husband and I were there to relax he needed to do some business with internet which was not available the entire time we were there. This was a big reason we chose this place, to do business and pleasure. Can't think of anything we really did not like. Nothing. limited parking, no restaurant contraction next door so no wake up call needed and no a/c (we didn't really need it during our stay but...). The room was difficult to find a comfortable temperature with the fire on. It was over heated or freezing, though the weather was very unseasonably cold. The breakfast was a missed opportunity to really shine. It looked like someone popped out to a grocery store and picked up a few item. A properly laid out breakfast on a tray would have had me raving about the place. Parking can be difficult. On a busy weekend, it can be somewhat noisy. Stairs. chairs need to be replaced; internet is terribly slow--need more bandwidth. No place in bathroom to place toiletries. Parking was OK since we went on a regular weekend, but might be really difficult on a busy long weekend. We had some issues using the television. My toddler son changed the setting on the remote and we had to call up the on-call person to fix it. She seemed pretty annoyed both on the phone and in person to be making a 10 Pm call. The morning clerk was short, on he verge of being rude. The breakfast is meager at best. We decicded to go out. The fancy coffee machine did not work properly. Hot chocolate spilled all over the table. Sometimes low tech is a better way to go. Carpet and chairs could be cleaner. sloppy upkeep such as maid leaving rags in fridge, light bulbs out, tv not working, cracked bathroom basin, etc. There was a mistake on the reservations and we didn't get the room we asked for. No accommodation was made to correct the error by the Inn.
