  The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area. Anywhere!   Two guys hogged the computers in the lobby (both looking up inane junk). I paced up and down trying to hint to them that I needed to print a boarding pass (neither took the hint, though they kept looking at me). My wife and I also stayed there back in September 2010 and we found front of house staff similarly helpful. - My boyfriend and I had missed our midnight flight back home and were very frustrated about checking into a hotel. The front desk woman was very friendly and helpful on shuttle times and making sure we had a wake up call. The hotel was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for that short time at our hotel.
