The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area. Anywhere! There is a Samtrans stop for bus 292 right outside Hyatt which takes you to downtown sf in an hour. The Hyatt was wonderful from the minute we arrived till the minute we left, staff was always smiling and willing to help! The pub food was great , nachos yummy! The room was very clean and we loved the free shuttle service to the bart at the airport.
所有评语 » Marian at the front desk was a wonderful mix of grace and courtesy, and efficiency and industriousness. I've never had a check-in go so smoothly and quickly. She made me feel like a VIP. Clean luxurious atmosphere. Excellent friendly service. Great beds. Great view w/ a window that opened for air. Onsite dining, room service, pool. It was very handy to the airport. Spacious and very friendly. Good facilities. Near to Burlingame for food and shops. Great jazz at brunch. Lose to Airport but quiet, friendly staff and well-appointed rooms. Liked the water saving euro toilets. The staff were great, the room was a good size and loved the day trip to Berlingame. Good staff. Convenient location to SFO. The shuttle service. Good breakfast. I liked how quick check in was, super professional front desk staff. Nice layout, design is a bit different so not so boring!. The staff was extremely accomodating and pleasant. The rooms are nice and bed are comfortable. hospitality, location, pricing. Proximity to the airport. Proximity to airport. Access; great free shuttle from/to airport, nice location and nice atrium area. Convenient, close to airport and very quick to get there from 101. People were very friendly overall and very responsive. Beds comfortable, room large and quite. shuttle bus service. There is nothing to dislike. It's a well-run Hyatt hotel with superior room furnishings, bed and bedding and room service. But remember, this is a Hyatt for those who only require close proximity to sfo. It is not for those who want to explore sf. You'd be better off living in sf. Our room, 5003, was close to the elevators, which we heard much of the night. That I had to leave. Little to complain about. There was a big game convention on which made it feel claustrophobic. There is small charge for Wifi. No formal business center - just kiosks in the lobby to print things. The lunch at the Atrium cafe was terrible! I ordered the Chef's sandwich; the bread was dry, the salad was wilted and the "organic salad" was inedible. The expense of making a phone call from the room. I thought $15 for a short call to Sacramento was a bit high. The room I stayed in needed the grout cleaned in the bathtub wall. I could see some black mold. I take baths not showers so that was disappointing. Long walk to elevators. Bookings.Com did not forward my reservation to the hotel in a timely fashion. Parking Fees. I've left a power brush in the hotel and email them, while days past but no reply, which is quite disappointing. Room was on loud side of hotel, next to Highway 101, not able to secure change/upgrade to quiet side of hotel. The public areas were really crowded by some conventions. Had a problem with internet service and called for help. Never got a response back. Called twice. Bathroom wa snot clean and found large hairs on face cloths. no receipt received in the hotel. Only one group of elevators so long walking distance to my room.
