Two guys hogged the computers in the lobby (both looking up inane junk). I paced up and down trying to hint to them that I needed to print a boarding pass (neither took the hint, though they kept looking at me). The lady at the front desk noticed all of this and asked if she could help, which she did. letting me print from the front desk. She exemplified the good standard of service. My wife and I also stayed there back in September 2010 and we found front of house staff similarly helpful.
所有评语 » My boyfriend and I had missed our midnight flight back home and were very frustrated about checking into a hotel. The front desk woman was very friendly and helpful on shuttle times and making sure we had a wake up call. The hotel was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for that short time at our hotel. This is a very good quality hotel. Its not the hilton but you are not paying for the hilton however it is excellent hotel. I love the fact it has free good speed wifi. Shuttle service was good, easy access to airport close by then can get on BART (their train system) and go anywhere easily. Staff were superb, when we checked in we were given an old room but we were able to move to a remodelled room the next morning, the new room was lovely. Breakfast was really good and the attendants were very attentive. Rooms were super clean. Curtesy bus was very useful. It was a very functional hotel set up for the business or other traveler who needs to be close to the airport. The computers in the lobby were very helpful to check in for our flight. The breakfast was good and the airport shuttle was reliable and always on time. The location was very near airport and the staff were efficient and most helpful. Leila printed out our boarding passes and gave good directions re restaurant, shuttle bus and wakeup call. Everything followed on as arranged and we had a satisfactory stay. We were on our way to a Giants game and asked if we could check in early and they gave us a very nice room even though it was a couple hours early! Oh and the Max resturant has really really good food . My husband loved the breakfast!!. Engaging and friendly management make you feel most welcome. Ideal as an alternative base to explore San Francisco using the hotels links to the airport and BART ( rail transport). Otherwise, a comfortable hotel with good facilities. Almost everything - they provide FREE breakfast (and it's really good - incl. hot meals and milk/coffee). Location is awesome - which is close to SF airport. My room is comfort and cozy. Free parking is another big plus. The location and the price were absolutely fantastic! The staff was so informative with any questions we had. Glad to hear you all are renovating, however the bed was very comfy! The shuttle people were great also. It was clean and functional, and great location for the airport. Downtown SF is not far either, so if you have a car, good price and location to visit the city itself. Breakfast was surprisingly nice too. Rooms OK. booked two non-smoking rooms, but one smelled of smoke. Hotel gave us a new room. Breakfast and restaurant in another building OK. We didn't use the shuttle service - had our own car. The location is great it is near San Francisco Airport. The room was nice and had plenty of room to walk around. The breakfast was very nice and a very good selection. Bed was very comfy. early shuttle. I was only there as I had to check out at 5 am so no idea what breakfast was. it was a big room.. nice to do a final repack in. staff were very nice. We had to catch our plane to Europe early in the morning so it was great to have a Hotel near the Airport with shuttle Service and hot breakfast starting at 5 am. everything... the service is excellent, the breakfast is awesome, room service ( housekeeper) is excellent. i will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Good location, easy access to highways etc. staff were very helpful and efficient. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Access to beverages was also great. Being close to the SFO leaving the next morning by shuttle the day of the BART strike. Very convenient! Breakfast was a treat with so many options. I like the simple process and how efficient the courtesy bus made it to get to the city. Met some good people at the bar and restaurant next door. Shuttle to and from airport was timely and that's why we booked here. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Cookies were appreciated by all. The Bed was wonderful. My husband and I stayed in a newly remodeled King Room. We wanted to take the bed home with us. Firm, but comfortable. location was close to the airport but the presence of the Bay and the trail along the shore and the park across the street was relaxing. good selection at breakfast, tea and coffee available at all times, fridge in room,microwave,location and rear view,local shopping,. As we paid cash, the cash deposit of $70+ was left behind when we hurried to get our plane the next day. Why is it needed?. Nothing to complain about in general. Reception a little bit impersonal but helpful. Breakfastroom is to small to serve the guests, you have to sit around in the lobby. I checked in after dropping my wife off for her flight. My flight would leave the next day. The person at the desk didn't offer to have someone help me with my luggage to my room. I asked for a wake up call but that didn't happen luckily I woke up early to start getting ready for my flight. But the morning of my checkout I called again the front desk and the person at the desk helped me with my luggage. Room was very cold when I walked in and it took the entire night to get it warm. nothing. Hotel under construction. Lobby area was temporary and very congested. Breakfast room was also congested. Wifi Internet access was very difficult even after it was reset by it Services. No specific issues. The price was high!! Wished I had looked for a place near the airport months sooner. The breakfast was well stocked, bacon, ham, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, pancakes (I didn't try the pancakes), but nothing seemed to have much flavor. room looked A little tired and worn,matress on bed uneven. Would like to have sat outside inshade/ sun more easily. I had to stay in line for check-in as there was only one person attending the guests. Air conditioning in the room didn't work. Obviously the building is in renovation so some of that is to be understood. Poor lighting made it hard to repack my suitcase. Noisy AC (impossible to stop), wooden blinds obstructing the beautiful view limited parking. Some of the room facilities were in need of repair / replacement. The microwave was missing one leg and the desk cross support was split. These items did not affect our enjoyment but gave a bad first impression of the room. Room was a little cold. No safe box in my room. My room was not cool enough, the air conditioning was not working well and it was humid even with the thermastate turned to its lowest. no fan in bathroom hairdryer. Not much parking. nothing. old facilities. Very limited variety of tea choices at breakfast...this seems to be common throughout the USA but is disconcerting for travellers from countries where tea drinking is very popular.
