  I arrived early on my check-in day around 9:30 AM from the train station in Emeryville. I asked the person at the front desk if I could check in a bit early if a room was available. Close to many good dinner places. The room was clean. This place is good if you need a quick place to sleep close San Francisco. Hotels in the City charge up to $50/day to park. Parking at La Quinta was free and I enjoyed the hassle free ride on Bart.

  It's near Downtown Berkeley Bart station, so it's quite convenient. The breakfast, though lack in varieties, served its purpose. The staff was Ok. - Liked it all. Very convenient to places we needed to go to. Whenever we went out and came back it was like returning home.

The whole wedding party was at the Hotel and we had fun taking a part in much of - Wonderful place to stay, close to Berkeley shopping and campus. Excellent food and atmosphere, very helpful staff. It is always the little things that make such a big difference. For example, the bread with dinner was still warm from the oven, wonderful crisp crust and chewy interior.
