The room was lovely and the hosts made every effort to accommodate our very lat minute request for an extra night. They are brilliant hosts and happy to help with trip advice.

  Really lovely rooms all newly decorated and beautiful views of the surrounding gardens. Very comfy bed and really liked the fact there was 'real' milk in your rooms fridge for tea and coffee. Christine was extremely professional and cleaned our room and has a - everything is good except two points: first is the location, thought it is described as five minutes walk from the railway station, it was a bit hard to find and a bit far from the city center.the other is the hotel is using PIN number to open the door so there was no staff in the house, and no place to store packages, which is not so continence for us.   Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location.   My friend and i had single rooms, the beds were larger than singles. Hotel staff were happy and very helpful and we were opposite windsor castle which was the reason for our visit. We will stay at this hotel again - Facilities and warm welcoming and the service were fantastic/Faultless
