Dee and Ann were amazingly friendly and very, very helpful. The breakfasts were beautifully cooked and in the kitchen area where all the guests could mingle and share travel stories. I was really a lovely family atmosphere. The room was lovely and the hosts made every effort to accommodate our very lat minute request for an extra night. They are brilliant hosts and happy to help with trip advice.

everything is good except two points: first is the location, thought it is described as five minutes walk from the railway station, it was a bit hard to find and a bit far from the city center.the other is the hotel is using PIN number to open the door so there was no staff in the house, and no place to store packages, which is not so continence for us. But eventually , it is a lovely place and I like the design in the room

The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. For a small hotel, it provided all I required for an overnight stay while attending a private function elsewhere. The room and facilities were really good, modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate for the very keen on-line price. Overnight car parking charge of £5 was agreeable in the light of other some hotel's rip-off prices!

My friend and i had single rooms, the beds were larger than singles. Hotel staff were happy and very helpful and we were opposite windsor castle which was the reason for our visit. We will stay at this hotel again - Facilities and warm welcoming and the service were fantastic/Faultless
