  Really lovely rooms all newly decorated and beautiful views of the surrounding gardens. Very comfy bed and really liked the fact there was 'real' milk in your rooms fridge for tea and coffee. Beautiful boutique kind of style to the room as well, was really impressed. Overall I would recommend this lovely little p - Staff are very friendly and helpful.The room standard was excellent and spotlessly clean and the location perfect.We stayed here overnight before catching the train from epsom to london, a short 40 min journey .This is essentially a country pub with fabulous rooms.The breakfast was great too and only £4 each for a full english which was beautifully presented.Will definately be returning.

  What a delightfully quaint hotel. I love these kind of places much more than your usual chain hotel. The place was bursting with character and provided us with a delightful stay.We stayed in the Windsor room which was extremely spacious, cosy and had a lovely view of the gardens. The hotel is - The Landlady was very friendly and helpful as we had a large group of three adults and three children for which we had two rooms and she was very helpful before we arrived e-mailing me to ask how best to accommodate this group. The breakfast was really very substantial and did us both breakfast and lunch for the day.   The location was superb - so central. The idea of the security code for hotel and room entry worked well for us. We also loved our Henry room, it was so comfortable, inviting and luxurious. Christine was extremely professional and cleaned our room and has a - everything is good except two points: first is the location, thought it is described as five minutes walk from the railway station, it was a bit hard to find and a bit far from the city center.the other is the hotel is using PIN number to open the door so there was no staff in the house, and no place to store packages, which is not so continence for us. But eventually , it is a lovely place and I like the design in the room

  We booked the Innkeepers Lodge for an over night stay when we went for a day trip to Legoland. We were not sure what to except as it was some if the reviews were mixed. But we need not have worried. We requested a family room with the single bed set up for our 7 year old and a cot bed for our youngest. The room was spacious and clean with a tv, tea and coffee facilities. - From the moment of arrival to when we left the staff could not do enough for you.   Friendly staff, good value considering its position close to town centre but not too noisy. Parking is a bonus. Good value & tasty meal in the restaurant, nicely decorated & clean looking.
