  Staff very accommodating, fantastic value for the money - lovely (if a wee bit old and tired) room with very carefully thought out details such as quality hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee in the room (with real cream for the drinks - not powered stuff).   Stayed here with my husband and a colleague as we were doing the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge with my work colleagues. Location is excellent, about 15 - 20 minutes from Horton-in-Ribblesdale for the start of the challenge. My only 'complaint' was they ran out of the lamb which we were all looking forward to after walking 15 miles :o( However, we thoroughly enjoyed everything we chose.
