  We were on a trip to Somerset and South Wales and stayed on three hotels. This was by far the best, the owners are really helpful and friendly. We were treated as locals by them. Rooms are big and beautifully decorated, bright and airy with lovely linen. Dinner was recommended by a local and the food was fantastic, best meal of the holiday. The location is very good for a quiet holiday. Two minutes walk from cafe overlooking Langlands Bay.But only five minutes by car from the busier Mumbles and picturesque Swansea Bay. 2. The owners were very friendly and eager to help. 3. For a small hotel a surprisingly good quality restaurant in the evening. 4. I can understand why this hotel was a previous winner of the best small hotel in the Swansea area.

  Tried to make a direct booking but was connected to an automated system which I hate. Hence using letsbookhotel.com. Was attending a funeral and deciding to stay over after a train journey from Essex was a last minute decision so was a bit disappointed at the price.   Really lovely atmosphere to this Inn. Staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Accommodation set away from restaurant and pub so quiet and tranquil. Given fresh milk when arrive for hot beverages which was a lovely touch. Great food at the Inn and so reasonably priced plus close-by to room. Could be 5 star!! - We loved the staff. We received the friendliest welcome we've ever had. The bed was huge, and very comfortable, and the shower was awesome. (Not that we're shower connoisseurs or anything, but it really was good). The breakfasts were really yummy, as a combination of continental and full English, so basically as much as you wanted. We are going to stay here again for sure.

  I liked the fact that it was located so close to the city that I couldeasily walk to major tourist attractions.   The hotel is very modern - everything is very clean and new looking. The rooms are a good size - we had a quad and a double, and the quad was huge. Good to have tea-making facilities included. There is a Brewers Fayre next door where you can get a meal, or the breakfast.
