quintessential Cornish Port town - so much more than what is portrayed
on the show. The location of the Slipway is, oddly enough, across the
lane from the slipway which means you get to wake up to the sound of the
sea and its gulls which is what you would expect from a seaside holiday.

and comfortable. The view of the harbor from the balcony in our room was

We booked a suite and it was worth every penny, great views great room great breakfast.
We had a swim and had the pool to ourselves its a little dated and in need of some TLC but you would have to be a real winger to complain about this detail. The lifts worked fine but we opted to walk up the tastefully decorated stairs.

Stayed for a weekend in February 2013 and we enjoyed every minute. Hotel very welcoming, clean, nice and warm.
Restaurant is mega quirky and a joy to relax in.
Leisure area utilised, sauna excellent combined with dips in the pool (Which was a bit fresh!)
The breakfast was - delicious. Plenty of choice to be had both hot and cold.
All in all a very enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will book again without hesitation!

Extremely well presented hotel and I love the period decor and the ornate wood paneling in the dining room. Breakfast buffet was very good, and the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were extremely clean. It was a very relaxing place to be. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Trenython Manor. Awesome historic building overlooking the sea but don't be put off. Room was very modern, heated bathroom floor and the best shower I've ever been in. Clearly renovated recently. This light and airy apartment was really clean and comfortable. There was a sense of generosity and being cared for; the complimentary toiletries, plenty of soft towels and a cream tea to welcome us. We arrived hours before the check in time but having access to the apartment early was no problem. It all felt very relaxed and easy.
