  Chris and Sally were the perfect hosts, they are an extremely lovely couple. Our stay was made very comfortable, our room was cleaned daily and the breakfasts were second to none, the circular breakfast table encouraged all the residents to chat and get to know each other and exchange their views on places to visit and eat. The bedroom was nicely decorated and very homely. Chris & Sally were great host who made you feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent and sharing the breakfast table with the other guest was enjoyable this allowed you to get to know them and share knowledge and experience of Newquay and surrounding areas. We would highly recommend Cormorant House.

  We stayed at lazy waves for a couple of night, The owners was great supplied information where to eat and where to visit. Breakfast was excellent and nice and fresh dining area is very cosy.   Hazel was the perfect hostess. Nothing was a trouble, great advice on local walks etc, including maps & notes ( prepared by hotel). Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order. Room lovely. Both my wife and myself remarked that there was no cooking smell at mealtimes. The room was spotlessly maintained each day and used tea and coffee sachets replaced with same.
