  Everything. Room was clean bright and comfortable. Fresh bottled water and fresh milk available daily. Nice bathroom products available, everything tastefully presented. Tea and homemade lemon drizzle cake offered on arrival- yum!!Delicious breakfast too. Excellent walking available from the house.   The proprietors Hugo and Pippa are truly wonderful hosts, make you feel very special and Woodlands is quite the best hotel we have stayed in - not posh or snooty but really comfortable and welcoming. Guest are pampered with every facility you could wish for - even including a great selection of Teddys to take to bed! Superb views over countryside to the sea from our room. Pippa was very helpful explaining the local restaurants in Padstow and the surrounding area. We had a great time and sad that it wasn't longer. We look forward to returning soon.

  A beautiful location. The room was small but we accepted the fact that it was one of the lower priced rooms. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. - Very friendly staff / owner of the lodge, comfortable room with jacuzzi bath tub; nice breakfast (very homemade), close to Eden project (walking distance)
