  The hotel overlooks the Western Ferries terminal for the Gourock Ferry and is ideally placed for ferry travellers. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were a little tired and in some need of fresh decoration but they were clean, well appointed and the facilities worked. Breakfast was substantial and thoroughly enjoyed. Very comfortable with grest views. Evening meal and breakfast both very nice.
