  The welcoming staff. Village location close to the sea. Good slection at breakfast time to cater for all needs. Room was well appointed and clean although a little cramped. Shower in the room did not work during my stay but had the use of a seperate shower which was not ideal as I had paid for a en-suite room. The staff at the B&B tried their ... 别人怎么说 » best to get the shower fixed to no avail - Liked everything about this place. It was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent - this was the only b&b that did not have separate breakfast tables and it was great because it was a good opportunity to interact with other guests. Kirsty was an excellent host.

  Stopped over night after travelling on a ferry most of the day. I emailed them ahead to say we would be checking in late and was advised perhaps we would want to eat before we arrived as the kitchens closed at 9pm, so we were able to eat in a nearby town. We were travelling with our dog and were given a room on the second floor overlooking the lak... 别人怎么说 » e so that we had more room. Oldie worldly premise that just goes on room after room. We checked in and only saw one lady who was the daughter, she was - Staff were very friendly and looked after our luggage, as we arrived too early. We then went to Inverary and looked around the castle. They even took the bags upstairs before we came back. Room was quirky and lovely. Bathroom too. Breakfast had cereal, fruit, full cooked Scottish breakfast, toast and fish. Plenty to eat. Nice view from restaurant. Also have garden to sit in.

  the staff were mega friendly and so helpfull and the room/facilities were great value for money.I contacted the hotel before arriving and told them of my impending proposal to my now fiance and they included free Champagne (allbeit Cava lol) and chocolates in the room on arrival.   Everyting at the hotel was fantastic! there was so much more than we expected! Even though we planned ot simply have a relaxing , "do nothing" holiday there was so much to do! Badminotn, table tennins, swimming, haricuts, beauty treatments, eating and drinking!   Loved the Swimming pool and Spa, amazing facilities with wonderful views and Craignure is best location on the island - right in the middle of the island so short travel both directions to Iona and Tobermory, Bar meals and Restaurant were 4/5 star - great food and staff - We liked everything the staff were very helpful.

  Hotel well situated overlooking the Bay. Booking included continental breakast but we in fact got full cooked breakfast ! Very limited parking which LetsBookHotel.com did not say we had to book in advance however hotel managed to find us a space when we arrived.   Only met receptionist and breakfast waitress and waiter, all who were pleasant and willing to help. The Hotel is ideally situated with a very nice view of Oban Bay and only minutes from the centre of the town.
