  Great location, Has an 'Oulton Broad' frontage with moorings and car park. Fantastic view down the length of the Broad and marina from the restaurants conservatory. The Wherry, located at Mutford lock, as is Waveney River tours. At literary just a few meters from the hotel, a pleasant guided boat trip along the Broad is bookable twice a day. We booked a 'deluxe double room with a view' on offer for £71. It had a very comfy, big bed, bath with decent overhead shower, bathroom was clean (as was whole room). The room had windows along one wall, which gave a beautiful view over the little harbour with boats and lots of pretty sky.   We very much enjoyed our stay. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. At short notice, they helped us to find a local flower shop to get a bouquet of flowers for a 100 birthday. Our room was large and well equiped with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was excellent with locally sourced food. We will definitely stay there again.
