Almost everything, really! Very convenient location for us, nice and quiet, unpretentious, extremely clean and comfortable room with plenty of space and large bed, immaculate shower/bath/WC room, very pleasant Beefeater next door again with unpretentious but tasty menu. Will call again when in the area. Reception Staff / Cleaners / BarStaff / Waiting on Staff - were all exceptionally Polite / Cheerful and very helpful. Room was excellent, Breakfast was excellent.

Very handy for visiting nearby Potters Leisure Resort. Being away from the main road, our room at the back of the property, was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. We had an excellent, quiet nights sleep. Lovely breakfast. they were very friendly and accommodating seeing as though letsbookhotel.com hadn't passed on all my details to them. Good location, handy to have the Beefeater right beside the Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. We had a disabled double room it was great had big walk in shower certainly was a comfortable room. staff recognised us from previous visit even down to our meal preference. quiet location. The staff at the Hotel were very friendly and the Hotel was in perfect position for us. Clean rooms with friendly staff - breakfast good at attached Beefeater. We had a lovely stay the staff were friendly and helpful perfect !. The room was clean, roomy and had all the facilities we needed. friendly, clean and food in beefeater was exceptionally good. staff were very helpful room was clean and the food was good. The location was easy to arrive and depart from There was another place to eat nearby which compensated for the lack of availability for the attached premises. Comfy bed. Quiet room with everything we needed for one night stopover. Good location just outside Lowestoft. Staff in hotel were welcoming and helpful. Parking was good. Rekindled family relationship, rekindled wonderful memories. the nice clean tidy rooms and fluffy white towels. closeness to beaches and ammenities. Clean room excellent food. Great staff. There could have been some biscuits and more milk cartons, and the toilet paper sheets are rather too small for comfort. And only 30 minutes free wi-fi is really mean in this day and age when so many places are completely free wifi hotspots -- come on, it costs you next to nothing!. My only slight concern would be the Car Park! It was ver difficult to get parked. Getting a table at the pub on site for an evening meal was not possible during our stay. I would suggest if you would like to eat at The Foxburrow/Beefeater, you book before you arrive or when you get to hotel. I would have preferred not being on the groundfloor. The Wi-Fi policy is silly, you get 30mins free and then pay for the next 24hrs, but walk across to the Beefeater and get it free. no problems ever encountered here at fox burrow, have stayed lots of times for more than 1 night. Nothing it was all great. We noted that there are no facilities for the disabled, both myself and my mother in law, who was with us, use sticks to get about and had to cope with stairs to get to our rooms. A lift or ramp would have made life much easier. the restaurant could do with clean the curtains were very dusty and they had cobwebs on them. restaurant ignores notes made on disabled requirements. We were made to carry our 7 yr old disabled son from the front car park to the hotel as the bays had been taken by able residents. why are registrations taken and not bays not managed. staff advised but nothing done 2 nights running. restaurant under staffed and food run out. and disabled put miles away from food. Getting there, the A12 is a nightmare to drive up!. Nothing. bathroom could have been cleaner, no air con in rooms. lacking in food options near by (pub part of complex was fully booked for food for 4 hours!). The beefeater which adjoined and was we're we had breakfast and evening meal was substandard and not very exciting . Room chilly on arrival Restuarant over priced we had 2 courses a couple of drinks each...£70 ?. Didnt need a family room - was promised single beds would be removed , but they werent. We had no room to move around at all. breakfast was poor. sausages and beans looked like they had been keen warm for hours. Everytime we book with premier inn we have a problem. Although I booked 2 rooms for four people, the booking goes through as single occupancy. This is the secoond time this has happened. we could have done with comfortable chairs to sit in while in the room. Paid £3 for wifi and never got to use it as it kept dropping out of signal in our room. Booking for a faimly room and being told on arrival you had only booked us into a double Not being able to book dinner for the first night until 9 o'clock which I consider too late for an 8 year old Tea and coffee facilities were limited to one cup per person per day. The restaurant needed a bit of an update. Rooms were not very warm and corridors were cold. Staff at pub were not very efficien. Bed too soft, uncomfortable nights sleep. Shower facility, leaky, poor pressure. shower too high and not at all flexible and the food in the beefeater not that good, have had better in other premiere inns. the fact that we where given a disabled room and neither of us are, and also we did not request it. also parking was difficult on our return later in the evening. Booked a quad family room and was put in a small room with all beds next to each other with no room to get out. Moved to another room described ad a quad but still on the small side. The bed was not up to the usual Premier Inn standard. It was very hard and bouncy so did not give a comfortable nights sleep. I stay in Premier Inns a lot for business and this bed did not match other Premier Inns. the bed was so uncomfortable I was awake all night as well as my wife we had a family room my 13 year old son slept ok in his bed but we found it really bad I don't think we will stop in one again.
