  Maggie was very friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotlessly clean, with a nice atmosphere. There are great facilities if you are planning on staying for a few days - a lovely kitchen, washing machine, even a patio and barbecue. I was working at King's Cross and this location was perfect for me as its only 15 mins on the tube from Tottenham Hale to KC. Rooms small but functional. Double bed was comfy. The kitchen had all the utilities you would require if maybe staying for a few days. Garden was lovely and table and chairs are covered by a canopy (perfect for smokers). I didn't hear any noise after 2230. I would definitely stay here again e

  We chose this hotel because it was affordable and the reviews said it was also very tidy, clean and nice. We were not disappointed: the hotel was extremely clean, the staff were very helpful and nice, and our room was comfortable and interestingly decorated. It was great value for money and although I may be doing myself out of an inexpensive bolt hole by urging others to go there: they deserve the business. The street is quiet. The walk there from the tube is under 15 minutes. The WI FI worked well.

  I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. It's not even too far from the centre of London (even if the hotel is in Zone 3) and you have a tube station that you can easily reach by foot. I don't think you can find something much better at this price.
