London is so overrated. It's nice to find something at a normal price for what you would get elsewhere in the country. Great location. The manager Jim was very friendly and showed me where everything is, thelocation is very near Stamford Hill train station so it was easy to getinto the centre and there are plenty of places to find food just 5minutes away. It was a very relaxing stay and the hotel would suitanyone who wants to be nearish to the centre, but also wants to have agarden to relax in and a kitchen to cook in.
所有评语 » Comfortable room with tv and without any noise. I thought the hotel was very good in general. tres sympatique. very Homey. I was a 10-minute walk from Manor House Tube stop. From there I had easyaccess not only to the London Tube, but also to Heathrow as I could goall the way to Heathrow without a change -- definitely great whentraveling with luggage.It really was a good value for money and location was ok too. Room wastidy and everything was ok considering the prize. If you don't expectmuch and need only a place to sleep, you will probably enjoy your stay. The staff (including the manager) were really friendly and helpful.cleanless and tidy, no noise. really nice and friendly man. quite big and quiet garden behind. not noisy room for our night, and we slept well. warm shower in the morning. not too far from london. from green park, take piccadilly blue line and stop at manor house (20 min). then take bus 253 for 3 or 4 stops. (5-10 min with wait). good price (db room for 2 for 35 pnds). area was safe, one kebab for fast meal 3 min from there. Jim, the manager, and anyone else we met on the staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Made our stay. Its not a swanky five star hotel, for the price it is excellent though. The manager / owner was friendly and helpfull, although basic it suited me for purpose of stay. the quiet room on the garden. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is free parking at the front of the hotel for about 5 cars.privacy. Nothing except the low price.nice and clean location of the hotel, very friendly man and nice and large garder behind the hotel, kitchen for everyone usage was well equiped. The only positive thing I can come up with is that the water pressure was good.nothing at all. Far from metro station (20 min on foot) and bad smell in the room. The bathrooms only had baths and no showers. My only complaint was that a fellow lodger set off the fire alarm justbefore midnight one evening, but I don't see how the hotel can beresponsible for that.No hot water on our last day. Room may be noisy if it's on the streetside. Bathroom door was hard to pull close 'cause there was no handleinside. No cleaning or towel changing during our stay (4 nights). No showers in bathrooms (at least those that were close to my room).Shower water pressure was too low. quite old room. bed sheets had not been ironed, and therefore did not look fresh.no sheet between the bottom sheet and the duvet. toilets were in the bathroom and it was one shared bathroom outside for 4-5 rooms. no warm shower in the evening. as for the breakfeast, sorry i can't tell we missed it!. no cleaning, no towel changing during our whole stay. It was not too clean (carpets...), noisy doors, a bit smelly room, no front desk.furniture was very old, landlord in prosess of revamping. the booking was confirmed and the hotel didn't offer the requested room. On both nights, the water in the shower was icy cold even tho' I let it run for some time. The hotel is generally very shabby (altho' clean). There was no soap at all in the ensuite. There was no lining in the bin. No one came to the door on the night I arrived - I had to ring the hotel number to get someone to come to open the front the door. bathrooms. Nobody cleaned the room and the bathroom was dirty. the room smells like someone's smoking inside all day long...the room facilities mentioned on letsbookhotel.com are not trully, room was not really clean, looks like used staff room. Cleanliness of our room and bathroom. And the price was wrong. Everything, old building, with old sanitary, everything what wassupposedly been renewed was don by poor diy.If you're looking for a skid row aesthetic, then this hotel is for you. It's run-down and grubby. Carpets were stained and filthy, curtains were dirty with cobwebs hanging off them - let's not even discuss the bathroom! There wasn't even a simple bar of soap or a garbage can provided. We paid for internet access but weren't provided the password to use it. This hotel was a total rip-off. Internet didn't work, the room was EXTREMELY small, the ceilling and walls are filthy, the bathtub is rusty and old, you can hear people outside of your room non-stop, and not a good location to see things..
