  Rob and Vicky made us feel welcome from the minute we made the booking, they were able to provide information that made our travel arrangements work better. It was no problem for them to allow us to arrive mid morning, Rod showed us a map of the city and was able to provide useful local knowledge throughout the whole of our stay.   Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent.   We were extremely surprised by the quality of the hotel considering we paid 119 for a double room. Staff were of 5* quality, attached bar is fantastic with good beer, good food and live sport on big screens. Bedrooms are great. Would not hesitate to return.
